Becca Anti-Fatigue Under Eye Primer is such a product that we didn't know we need before its creation. It's a cooling under-eye primer that smoothes lines, brightens the undereye area, and preps it for makeup. Well, it's supposed to do that but many reviewers said it did all of that mediocrely. Not to mention how unhygienic it is to rub your finger into the pan and then around your eyes.
The dupe we found is a better version of the anti-fatigue primer and a best seller - the
Tula Cooling & Brightening Eye Balm ($28). It comes in a tube which makes it much easy to glide around the eyes. The product is a hybrid of skincare and makeup. It's formulated with hyaluronic acid, probiotic extract, and caffeine to hydrate, tighten and smooth the under-eye area. It has a dewy finish that reflects light and gives a subtle glow. The most noticeable thing about is its extra cooling sensation that depuffs and literally 'wakes you up'.
